Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me. :la:

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

ECCC 2013 Aftermath

Wow! So, I can't believe the weekend flew by that fast.... Thanks to everyone that came out to the show. This year's ECCC weekend was filled with great company, old friends and new! Let's see what I can remember (it really was a crazy weekend lol)....

Thursday night's Drink & Draw with my pal Kevin McCoy :iconcookies-n-markers: (who got to have his first experience BEHIND an artist alley table - he is an AWESOME penciler by the way) where I also met Rob Clifford :iconbigrobot:

My artist alley neighbours Michael Woods :iconmichaelwoods: and Skipper Martin - creator and writer of the Bizarre New World comic book series. Both of these guys are awesome writers. Michael has wrapped up the third volume of the western anthology Outlaw Territory from Image Comics, and Skipper is working on putting together his own anthology.

Collab-sketching with Justin Norman :iconmoritat: :D (there is a double-signed pencil sketch out there!)

Picking up my Kickstarter reward for Frank Barbiere's :iconletterbox2k1: Five Ghosts (coming out from Image Comics THIS MONTH!)

I debuted a numbered (limited to 50) Seattle version of my new Spider-Woman print at the show. Inked by Bob Wiacek and coloured by Ross A. Campbell :iconross-a-campbell:, it went over really well :) I still have a few left, so if you didn't make it to the show and would like one please drop me a line:



It took me a bit longer than planned to get back home - I actually had to go BACK to the US to get my suitcase because they left it off the bus! I'm rethinking the whole Greyhound bus thing for future trips.... yikes.

A lot of people were asking me if I was coming to Wonder Con at the end of this month. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it. I wish, but it just wasn't in the cards. I hope to next year though!

Great company is what really made it :D Been a while since I went out like that aside from a dinner here or there, and I'm really glad I did. I'm usually back at the hotel working on sketches all night.
